Who we are
Highhorn LLC ("we") provides AI phone answering, chat, website, and appointment-booking systems to home-service businesses in South Florida, sold under the name Never Miss a Customer.
The demo line
The demo phone number on this site connects to a fictional company, Brisa Air Conditioning, so you can hear how the assistant works. Appointments booked on the demo line are not real, nobody will show up, and nothing is owed. Don't use the demo line for a real emergency.
Booking a call with us
Booking a 20-minute call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If we work together, the terms of that work are set out in a separate written service agreement, which controls over these terms.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies from us or from the business you contacted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Using this site
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break it, no using it for anything unlawful. We may block anyone who does.
No guarantees on the site itself
The site and the demo are provided as-is. We aim to keep them working but don't promise they'll be available or error-free at every moment. Anything we commit to a client is in the service agreement, not here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Highhorn LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the demo line. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
