This page explains what information we collect on nevermisscustomers.com and through our services, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there isn't much to it.
What we collect
When you book a call or fill out a form on this site: your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you type in the message box.
When you call our demo line or a phone line we operate for a client: the call is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. We collect the information you give during the call — typically your name, phone number, address, and the reason for your call — so the appointment can be booked.
When you use our web chat: the conversation and the contact details you provide.
Automatically: basic technical information like your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and standard analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
How we use it
To answer your call or message, book and confirm appointments, follow up on your request, send the confirmations and reminders you asked for, and run and improve the service. We do not sell your information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages — by saying yes when the assistant offers a confirmation text on a call, or by checking the consent box on a form — we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies by your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
The businesses we operate phone and chat systems for, when you contact one of them — your appointment goes on their calendar.
Service providers that run the platform, telephony, transcription, and AI models behind the service, under their own confidentiality obligations.
Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
That's the list.
Call recording
Calls to numbers we operate may be recorded and transcribed. The assistant says so at the start of every call. If you don't want to be recorded, you can hang up and contact the business another way.
Your choices
Email hello@highhorn.ai to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of texts or emails. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
